Persona 3 Reload has done a fantastic job reimagining Persona 3 for modern consoles. The revamped combat system is fun, the improved graphical presentation is a sight to behold, and the story and characters have been refined with new scenes that flesh them out more than the original game. If you’re a Persona fan or JRPGs, this game is a must-have for your collection.

The revamped RPG also comes with a preorder bonus, giving fans the Persona 4 Golden BGM set with several battle themes and the results music.

The few unlucky humans who don’t get turned into coffins become prey to horrifying creatures called Shadows, who only appear during the Dark Hour.

Shimada and Soejima also updated the look of the Evokers; a small gimmick was added to emphasize the impact of Persona summoning, describing how the Evoker's pistol slide blows back and emits a red light after being fired.[15]

As a newly appointed member of S.E.E.S., your job is to destroy Shadows, rescue any ordinary humans who have been pulled into the Dark Hour, and explore the tower of Tartarus to discover why the Dark Hour and Shadows exist in the first place.

The audio improvements in this remake are just as impressive as the graphical ones. The English and Japanese voice acting is superb, with persona 3 reload gameplay every actor bringing their A-game to bring the characters to life with stellar performances.

Rage: Will always use melee attacks and will attack a random enemy. Damage dealt and damage received is doubled. Accuracy is halved.

Yamaguchi spoke on elements of the game shown in the game's second trailer, confirming that party members Koromaru and Shinjiro Aragaki would have dedicated side-stories outside the main narrative in Reload, with the former's side-story focusing on expanding Koromaru's backstory, while Shinjiro's content would highlight his charm amongst the party members. I played the expanded version of the original Persona 3 called Persona 3 FES in 2009 and haven’t replayed it since. So, I was excited about this remake to see if it could improve aspects of the original game that hadn’t aged well or introduce new elements to make it fresh.

Generally speaking, if an activity leads into a cutscene, it will pass time. The exceptions to this are spending time with Elizabeth, and visiting the School Nurse. Story events are always on the same day, and some activities are during a certain day of the week. The game takes place over roughly a year, so your time is limited.

Its social life mechanics were the new unique hook, providing a palette-cleanser from its relentless turn-based RPG fights and procedurally generated dungeons.
